The Corporate Business Case Program is designed for organisations that want their people to use a practical, consistent and evidence-based approach when developing, reviewing, sponsoring or contributing to business cases.

Benefits for your Organisation and Team

Timesaving
  • Avoid the frustration of repeated revisions that eat into your team’s productivity—and save up to 30–40% of your time.
  • Training the team on how to write structured and robust business cases eliminates the need to micromanage the team's work. This allows the Business Leaders to focus on other critical aspects of their role, such as strategy and decision-making.

Teamwork
  • Forming teams to develop and present their business cases provides the basis for improving teamwork.

Increased efficiency
  • When trained to write structured and robust business cases, the team can work more efficiently and effectively. Business Leaders can rely on the team to complete business cases to a high standard without constant supervision and guidance.

Improved quality
  • By training the team to write structured and robust business cases, the Business Leaders can ensure that the quality of the work produced is consistently high. This means that the business cases submitted to the executive team are more likely to be accurate, reliable, and well-supported, improving decision-making quality.

Enhanced credibility
  • When the team is trained in writing structured and robust business cases, it enhances the team's credibility, with stakeholders having greater confidence in the accuracy and reliability of the information presented in the business cases.

Cost savings
  • Training the Team in writing structured and robust business cases can lead to cost savings for the Team, as business cases are more accurate and well-supported, which reduces the risk of making costly mistakes or poor decisions.
