Craig Peacock (PhD) is the Director of Chase Consulting and the founder of My Business Case Hub®.
Craig is driven by a passion for improving organisations – accelerating innovations and business growth. A successful management consultant for over 20 years, he understands the challenges as organisations navigate the impacts of disruptive change in their industry and sector.
Craig is an experienced workshop facilitator and delivers engaging and strategic workshops to organisations throughout Australia on strategic business planning.
Most recently, he has been developing and running innovation and business case programs and workshops for health, technology, digital businesses, circular economy, professional services, and manufacturing.
Craig works with boards and executives to address the opportunities that are challenging or have high levels of risk and complexity. In addition to consulting and advising executives and entrepreneurs, Craig has served on the boards of a number of organisations, where he has improved governance practices and professionalised the organisation.
Craig conducts Australian and international research on Innovation and Strategy. His latest research has identified the key strategies, capabilities and the innovation toolkits of highly innovative organisations. These insights enable Craig to help big organisations, small and medium enterprises and start-ups develop strategies, build their innovation capability and accelerate their innovations.

- Previously an Adjunct Teaching Fellow of Swinburne University of Technology and was the Entrepreneurship sessional lecturer in Swinburne University’s Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program.
Craig has a PhD in Business and a Master’s Degree in Enterprise Innovation from Swinburne University of Technology.
Craig is also an elite masters sportsperson winning 4 World Mountain Bike Championships and 21 Australian Mountain Bike, Cyclocross and Gravel Championships in his age group.
