Business Coaching for Owners and Managers

Work one-to-one with Craig Peacock to build the long-term value of your business. Together, you identify what drives that value, where the business depends too heavily on you or a few key customers, and which changes deserve your attention first.

What would you like to work through?

  • How do I make the business less dependent on me? Identify which decisions keep coming back to you and what your managers need to take responsibility for them.

  • How can we make revenue more dependable? Look at how much revenue comes from repeat business, where you rely on a few customers and which opportunities could give you a steadier income.

  • Which improvements will matter most over the next three years? Weigh up changes such as developing a manager, improving margins or building a new revenue stream. Decide which deserves investment first and what can wait.

How a coaching session works

Start with a decision or situation from your own business. A current plan, project list or a few notes can help frame the conversation.

Craig asks questions, offers an independent perspective and works through the trade-offs with you. For example, if every customer issue comes back to you, you might identify one decision a team member can own, define when they should involve you and agree how you will know the change is working.

What you take away

You leave with a priority for strengthening the business, a practical first step and a way to measure progress. Depending on the issue, you might track how many decisions your managers handle independently, how much revenue comes from repeat customers or whether margins are improving. In follow-up sessions, you and Craig review what has changed and decide what to tackle next.
